Wynex is a professional property services provider delivering reactive and planned maintenance across residential and commercial portfolios. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives to work full-time through the Wynex Workforce Management Platform. This role offers consistent work, strong pay rates, and a structured, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Reactive and planned property maintenance
- Plaster and ceiling repairs
- Basic plumbing works
- Minor electrical tasks (non-certified)
- Carpentry and joinery
- Painting and decorating
Qualifications / About you:
- Proven experience in property or building maintenance
- Strong multi-skilled background
- Able to work independently and deliver high-quality work
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Pay & Benefits:
