We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Chester and West Cheshire. This is a temporary 3-4 month contract, responsible for supervising cleaning teams, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all allocated locations. A company van will be provided; however, a full UK driving licence is essential due to travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning operatives across multiple sites
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained
- Allocate daily tasks and manage team workloads effectively
- Train, support, and motivate cleaning staff
- Ensure all cleaning work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Monitor and request cleaning supplies and materials when required
- Respond professionally to client and site feedback
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures and company standards
- Travel between Chester and West Cheshire sites using company vehicle
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Full UK driving licence (essential)
