We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join Kingdom Security, one of the UK’s leading providers of manned guarding and security services. This is a remote role for candidates based in Birmingham, offering excellent earning potential and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new business within the manned guarding and security sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term contracts
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Manage your sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within security or facilities management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Based in or near Birmingham
What We Offer:
- £55,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £100,000
