Job Responsibilities

  • Handle internal & external guest enquiries over the phone tactfully and in a courteous way
  • Ensure calls are transferred to the correct parties
  • Responsible for efficient transferring of internal and external calls using the switchboard
  • Familiar with fire and emergency procedures
  • Communicate requirements by internal or external stakeholders to the correct department
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding & others
