Responsibilities
- Handle internal & external guest enquiries over the phone tactfully and in a courteous way
- Ensure calls are transferred to the correct parties
- Responsible for efficient transferring of internal and external calls using the switchboard
- Familiar with fire and emergency procedures
- Communicate requirements by internal or external stakeholders to the correct department
- Process guest requests for wake‑up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding & others
