- Maintain security officer deployment schedules, duty rosters, attendance records
- Coordinate shift changes, replacements, leave, and medical certificate updates to maintain operational continuity
- Verify attendance records, overtime, and allowances before submitting for payroll to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and update operational reports, incident records and PowerPoint slides
- Respond promptly to routine queries from officers, clients, and internal teams, escalating urgent operational issues to maintain service quality
- Organize records and handle employee and client information confidentially to protect data privacy
