We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven
Outlet Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of Coleman's, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the standards of Wyndham Singapore.
- Maintain exceptional service quality and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, manpower planning, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel operating standards.
- Manage inventory, beverage control, stock ordering, and cost management.
- Work closely with the Culinary, Bar, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams to execute promotions, special events, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Address guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including wines, spirits, and cocktails, is an advantage.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
