We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing brand visibility.
Position Summary:
The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that maximize revenue, optimize market share, and build strong customer relationships. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s goals.
· Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results.
· Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners.
· Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, SEO, and online advertising.
· Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory management.
· Manage the hotel’s brand image and promotional activities to enhance market presence.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
· Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
· Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry, including leadership roles.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong knowledge of hospitality sales channels, market segmentation, and customer behaviour.
· Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
