Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Paid Media Specialist EMEA to join our team in London, United Kingdom.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Paid Search, Meta Search, and Paid Social Advertising. Campaigns are executed by external agencies and you will be responsible for day to day briefing of agencies, sharing of vital assets, upkeep of campaign planning documents and analysis of results. As a Paid Media Specialist EMEA, you will serve as the subject matter expert for paid media channels and owner of both regular and ad hoc paid media reports to internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Paid Media Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and optimise paid media plans from conception to launch across multiple channels including Paid Search, Metasearch, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and more. Work closely with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to different brands and regions. Oversee ongoing technical and content support for paid media initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between agency partners and internal teams. Manage agency relationships effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables, including ad creative enhancements and thorough research on keywords, ad copy and audience segmentation for regional and targeted campaigns. Continuously monitor campaign performance, support budget management and conduct ongoing optimisation of paid media channels, user experience (UX), ad creatives/ copy and targeting strategies to drive engagement and improve conversion rates. Align with counterparts in HQ paid media team to ensure execution is in line with global standards. Ensure EMEA benefits from HQ initiatives that could be extended in other markets.
- Hotel/ Client Relationship Management: Provide support to key clients on paid media performance, including bespoke reports and insights. Providing guidance to hotels on best practices for paid media, including effective ways of working and aligning efforts with the brand’s strategies and standards.
- Performance Data & Reporting: Track and analyse key paid campaign KPIs with Adobe Analytics and other digital measurement tools. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to increase awareness and direct bookings to the brand website. Create a paid performance template of core website(s) KPI’s including targets vs actuals.
Complexity
The activities of the Paid Media Specialist EMEA will have an impact on the company’s commercial success, particularly in relation to the key objective of increasing direct contribution through paid digital media channels. The role requires a proactive approach with a combination of regular daily tasks, large complex projects, collaboration with headquarters teams, communication with key franchisee contacts and managing 3rd party agencies. The role is highly analytical with a requirement for proficiency in data management. This role does not require the management of a budget or cost centre.

Experience/ Certificates/ Education
- Qualified to degree level or beyond ideally within a marketing, hospitality or related discipline.
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing or Paid Media Campaign Management role is essential, ideally within a Hotel or Travel environment.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns is essential (Google Ads, Meta, Facebook/ Instagram or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of PPC, Meta Search, retargeting and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Insight, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, able to analyse website performance.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working across multiple brands and markets.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; the ability to write and speak German, Turkish or Arabic is an advantage.
