Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking an Intern Learning & Development to join our team in London, UK. This individual will coordinate the facilitation of training programmes to the franchised and managed hotel community as well as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WHR) team members. They will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Learning & Development Team in planning the annual EMEA Training Calendar, adapting courses, identifying learning and operational needs, coordinating course delivery, and utilising the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Learning Management System (LMS). They will have the task of ensuring that franchisees, managed properties and their teams have the necessary tools and know-how to use them as well as working within our brand standards and systems with the goal of maximising revenue, brand engagement, quality assurance and guest satisfaction. Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of their right to work in the UK. Deadline for applications: Monday, 13th April 2026.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of the Training Programme.
- Coordinate the delivery of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts training courses and programmes throughout the EMEA division.
- Support the corporate training plan for the EMEA division in line with the Regional/Global Learning & Development Strategic Plan.
- Schedule and support Zoom sessions for the corporate audience.
- Analyse evaluations from training sessions and communicate this information as appropriate.
- Contribute to the design, adaptation and/or creation of course content for the division.
- Maintain a direct link with the Global Wyndham University team to ensure continuity and alignment.
- Communicate training offerings to relevant stakeholders and manage registrations and completions.
- Maintain, analyse and update the corporate team member training calendar and trainings’ records in LMS.
- Report on all LinkedIn Learning for weekly, monthly, and annual reports and dashboards.
- Collect ideas for live trainings, liaise with department heads/trainers and coordinate technical set up and registrations.
- Support on-boarding of corporate team members.
- Update the Learning & Development on-boarding content of all corporate team members.
- Participate in HR/Talent projects related to the HR growth in the EMEA division.
- Support the Employee Engagement Committee in organising activities/initiatives under 3 pillars: People, Community and Sustainability.

Experience & Qualifications
- Studying towards a degree in hospitality or another related field.
- Experience in facilitating and presenting various topics.
- Understanding of the training cycle and the learning environment.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English; a second language would be useful.
- IT literacy is essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
Organisational Relationships
The Intern Learning & Development EMEA reports to the Director of Talent Management EMEA. They will also work closely and take directions from the broader L&D team.
Compensation & Benefits
£25,875 gross per annum, prorated for the duration of the internship. 25 days of holidays per annum (accrued basis).
