Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Brand Marketing Designer EMEA - Maternity Cover to join our team in London, United Kingdom.

Job Summary

The Brand Marketing Designer EMEA - Maternity Cover will support the day-to-day delivery of Brand Marketing, Sales and Development Communications, and Design Initiatives. Their work helps raise awareness and consideration of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and our family of brands within Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia and Africa (EMEA).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a design project schedule, giving regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders throughout each project.
  • Evaluate all internal design support requests and translate into a project brief for signoff by both parties.
  • Design and create new hotel level logos and collateral templates or modify existing templates to fit the needs of EMEA.
  • This could include, but is not limited to, in-room collateral (e.g. door hangers, guest services directories and linen re-use cards), collateral used in public spaces (e.g. menus, wayfinding signs and key card folders), and operational materials (e.g. business cards and letterheads).
  • Design creative advertisements for all channels, including digital, video, print and OOH, following each of our brand guidelines.
  • Design Sales collateral, including but not limited to brochures, trade show stand graphics, flyers, videos and advertisements.
  • Design Business Development collateral, including but not limited to brochures, tradeshow stand graphics, videos and advertisements.
  • Create branded PowerPoint templates for meetings and events, utilising brand guidelines and incorporating new themes and graphics.
  • Support ad hoc design requests across all functions.

Experience/ Certificates/ Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent technical training/ certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of how to work within brand identity systems and how to follow brand design guidelines.
  • Previous experience designing Marketing assets, such as digital banners, billboards, print collateral, video, or similar – must be able to take a written brief and visualise the creative output.
  • Good knowledge of standard design software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects is required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Other language skills, particularly Arabic, German or Turkish, would be beneficial.
