Managed Hotel - Guests Service Assistant - F&B

Essential Functions

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and follow up
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

Experience needed

  • Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Compute basic arithmetic / basic PC literature
  • Any experience in a Food and/or Beverage outlet is considered as an asset
  • Minimum years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Certificate / Diploma / Vocational training or any other qualification in Hospitality or relevant studies, is considered as an asset.
