The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and market share through a structured, proactive sales approach. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting the hotel’s products and services across key market segments, including corporate, group, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
The role holder will develop and implement effective sales strategies, conduct regular client visits and presentations, and confidently engage in B2B selling at all levels. He / She will coordinate closely with operations and revenue teams to ensure seamless service delivery, while consistently achieving or exceeding room night and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and solicit new business opportunities across assigned market segments (corporate, groups, leisure, MICE) to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
