Guest Service Assistant– Night is responsible for auditing all charges and postings, correcting work as required. Prepares the documentation for the new day. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently and ensures the safety of the guests and the hotel throughout the night shift. Corrections to the Room Rate Report. Reconcile miscellaneous accounts. Backup computer system files. Verifies that all checks are closed, and closes and logs any open check in the Point of Sale (POS) system. Prints end of day reports. Check that interfaces are up and running. Promotes the company’s loyalty program and makes efforts to meet enrolment targets.
