What you’ll be doing:

  • Spotting the next big opportunity: identifying new hotel projects—conversions, new builds, or rebrands
  • Building powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners
  • Turning ideas into deals by structuring, negotiating and closing agreements
  • Analysing and unlocking project potential with feasibility and valuation insights
  • Owning the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval
  • Coordinating internal teams to bring deals to life
