Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Sales Operations Specialist EMEA to join our team in London, United Kingdom.
Job Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist EMEA is a key member of the Sales Operations EMEA team. This role is both hotel-facing and internal-facing, responsible for enhancing the presence of the Sales EMEA team to hotel partners through the development and delivery of learning materials, initiatives, and webinars.
The position focuses predominantly on Sales and Marketing, engaging hotel partners through targeted projects, managing Sales EMEA content, and ensuring strong representation on digital channels and during webinars. The role also acts as a central point in improving our communication to our global accounts and our hotels.
Additionally, the role requires quarterly data collection to support sales operations insights and reporting. This person must be able to work independently on projects, oversee the team when needed, and contribute strategically to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales EMEA team from planning to executing their events, tradeshows, and sales missions to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Create and curate sales collateral and brochures, including pitch decks, flyers, and sheets tailored for seller needs and hotel engagement.
- Work with the Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment between Sales programmes and initiatives, and Marketing efforts.
- Manage and curate Global Sales EMEA content for digital channels and webinars.
- Oversee the implementation and utilisation of sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, TradeShows, and email marketing tools).
- Oversee Sales client communications through email marketing platforms, boosting sales outreach to drive greater contribution.
- Manage Sales and EMEA hotel portfolio presence on Wyndhamâs website, and Cvent MICE and work closely with Digital Marketing teams to enhance visibility.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes for new and existing sales team members, focusing on both sales skills and hotel engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement external training programmes and webinars internally for Sales EMEA teams as well as externally for hotel partners in EMEA.
- Manage the Sales-related database across EMEA within platforms such as Showpad and SharePoint to support Sellers’ efforts.
- Work with the Sales Operations team to develop and manage structured onboarding guides to ensure new hires are quickly equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to support continuous learning.
- Ensure the effective utilisation of Sales tools and platforms to optimise team performance and sales engagement.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager EMEA to support sales operations functions as well as feeding and streamlining Sales Communications, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels.
- Assist in the data collection process on a quarterly basis to support sales operations insights and reporting.
- Collaborate on sales operations project management to ensure efficient execution of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Serve as key support to the Sales Operations Manager EMEA, taking ownership of projects and overseeing team operations when required.

This person will hold a level of influence amongst existing and potential clients as well as in the managed and franchised hotels, and will act as a Sales EMEA ambassador for the company and our brands as we expand our visibility in the EMEA region.
Technical/ Design Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) for marketing materials and event branding.
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in Monday.com for project management or other platforms such as Atlassian, Trello, Jira etc.
- Experience in CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing tools, and event management platforms (Cvent).
- Innovative mindset with a strong understanding of AI trends in sales and marketing.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving tools and technologies.
- Language Requirements: Fluent English (mandatory). German proficiency preferred to support engagement in local markets.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing within the hospitality, travel, or related industries, along with project management expertise.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a Global or National-level Sales & Marketing Organisation is highly preferred.
- Event management and organisation experience across diverse markets is essential.
- Proven ability to work independently on projects and oversee team operations when required.
