Role Overview
This role will own all talent acquisition at WYN, from sourcing and screening to process management and hiring delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with founders and hiring managers to ensure we consistently attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across multiple roles and geographies. In addition to core hiring, this role will also support WYN’s knowledge development by managing structured interviews with software vendor experts.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Lead all internal recruitment efforts across WYN
- Proactively source high-quality candidates aligned to role requirements
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions
- Work with specialist recruitment agencies where needed (e.g. SDR hiring in London)
- Manage agency relationships, briefs, and performance
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Screen candidates and manage interview processes end-to-end
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and decision-making
- Manage offers, contracting, and candidate communication
- Lead WYN’s structured interviews with software vendor experts
- Identify and engage relevant experts across tools and platforms
- Coordinate and manage interviews to support WYN’s internal knowledge base
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
- Bring structure, organisation, and clarity to hiring workflows
- Continuously improve recruitment strategy & processes as the company scales
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing capability - able to identify and engage relevant candidates proactively
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work closely with founders and hiring managers
