The Role
Seeking a Sales Development Representative who's hungry to win. You'll be the first voice prospects hear from WYN, turning cold conversations into real commercial opportunities. This isn't a role for someone looking to coast. We want competitive, curious people who take pride in their work and love the thrill of the chase. In return, you'll receive direct exposure to our leaders, and genuine opportunities to progress. Four of our SDRs have already been promoted to Account Executive within 6-12 months, and we're committed to promoting from within. If you perform, we'll invest in your development and help you build a career, not just land your next job.
What You'll Do
- Build pipeline from the ground up through creative, persistent outbound outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects, uncovering opportunities where WYN can deliver significant savings
- Book high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers and create opportunities that convert
- Own your pipeline end-to-end: manage activity, follow up relentlessly, and keep opportunities moving
- Work directly with leaders to refine messaging, targeting and our sales playbook
- Hit ambitious targets, take ownership of your results, and celebrate your wins
- Master enterprise sales fundamentals and build the skills to progress quickly into closing roles
What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, driven and hungry to succeed - you set high standards and do what it takes to achieve them
- A confident communicator who enjoys starting conversations and building relationships from scratch
- Resilient and competitive - you see rejection as part of the process, not a setback
- Curious about businesses, technology and how companies make strategic decisions
- Someone who takes ownership, cares about their work, and wants to make a real impact at WYN
- Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage a fast-paced pipeline without losing attention to detail
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but attitude, coachability and work ethic matter most
Not a Fit If
- You're looking for an easy sales role without the pressure of targets or accountability
- You prefer a structured corporate environment over the pace and ownership of a fast-growing startup
- You don't enjoy picking up the phone, starting conversations, or hearing “no” along the way
- You're not motivated by competition, personal growth, or pushing yourself to improve
