The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to own and build our marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role where you will define our brand, shape our story, and build a scalable growth engine. You’ll be responsible for everything from pipeline generation and performance marketing, with full ownership of marketing outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals
- Build and execute a clear marketing roadmap
- Establish marketing as a core revenue-driving function
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
- Demand Generation & Growth
- Build a predictable pipeline engine across channels (LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, etc.)
- Optimise and scale performance marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Partner closely with sales to align on pipeline and revenue targets
- Product & Solution Marketing
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new offerings
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning in a competitive market
- Enable the sales team with strong messaging and collateral
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong expertise in running successful Marketing campaigns across various paid channels
- Track record of building and scaling demand generation engines
- Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience building marketing functions from scratch or in early-stage companies
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
