The Role
We’re hiring a Brand Manager to take ownership of how WYN shows up in the market. This is not a traditional content role. It’s about owning the brand through content and narrative—building a scalable, high-performing content engine that strengthens our presence and positioning. You’ll take what’s already working and turn it into a multi-channel content system, with storytelling at the core.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Content Strategy & Creation (Core Focus)
- Build and scale a high-quality, always-on content engine (video, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.)
- Create engaging, insight-driven content that resonates with enterprise audiences
- Own the full content lifecycle—from ideation to production to distribution
- Experiment with formats, channels, and creative approaches
- Brand & Storytelling
- Define and evolve WYN’s voice, tone, and narrative
- Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories
- Organise guerilla marketing operations to disrupt a $1.5T market
- Ensure consistency across all content and customer touchpoints
- Build a recognisable and differentiated presence in the market
- Product & Solution Marketing
- Communicate WYN’s value proposition clearly and effectively
- Support go-to-market initiatives through content
- Develop messaging that highlights differentiation in a competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in content creation within B2B, SaaS, or startup environments
- Strong storytelling ability—you know how to capture attention and build narrative
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands‑on (you’ll be creating, not just managing)
- Experience with video content, LinkedIn, and modern distribution channels
- High attention to detail in brand, messaging, and content quality
