WYN helps businesses get better deals on software. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in London, WYN is looking to hire a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to build and run its recruitment.
This role will own all talent acquisition at WYN, from sourcing and screening to process management and hiring delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with founders and hiring managers to ensure we consistently attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across multiple roles and geographies.
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Lead all internal recruitment efforts across WYN
- Proactively source high-quality candidates aligned to role requirements
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions
- Work with specialist recruitment agencies where needed
- Manage agency relationships, briefs, and performance
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and decision-making
- Lead WYN’s structured interviews with software vendor experts
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
- Continuously improve recruitment strategy & processes as the company scales
4+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency) is required. The candidate should be able to work closely with founders and hiring managers.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with 2-3 days in WYN's Liverpool Street office, focusing on the consistent delivery of high-quality hires across roles and maintaining strong, reliable recruitment processes with minimal friction.
