The Role: As a Trainee Salesperson, you will be trained from the ground up to become a successful technical sales professional. You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand customer operations and identify their needs
  • Represent a range of engineered equipment and full processing solutions
  • Build relationships with growers, packhouses and processors
  • Support experienced sales colleagues on customer visits, demonstrations and projects
