We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Holiday Park Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of our busy holiday park. You will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the park operates smoothly, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
This hands‑on role involves leading multiple departments, including reception, housekeeping and maintenance. You’ll take ownership of operational standards, staff performance, compliance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily park operations and ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team across multiple departments.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance and achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, maintenance and presentation throughout the park.
- Handle escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to maximise bookings and revenue.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and outstanding customer service.
About You
- Proven experience in a hospitality, leisure or holiday park management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and targets.
- Organised, proactive and adaptable with a hands‑on approach.
- Competent with IT systems and booking software.
- Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and peak seasonal periods.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ/Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Leisure or Business Management.
- First Aid, Health & Safety or Food Hygiene certification.
- Experience within the holiday park industry.
