We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Holiday Park Warden or Couple to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy holiday park. You will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the park operates smoothly, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining strong financial and operational performance. This hands-on role involves leading multiple departments, including reception, housekeeping & maintenance. You'll take ownership of operational standards, staff performance, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily park operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team across multiple departments.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation throughout the park.
- Handle escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to maximise bookings and revenue.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules.

About You
- Proven experience in a hospitality, leisure, or holiday park management role.
