Wyedean Housing Association seeks a Community Housing Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Coleford. You will manage tenancies and housing services for residents, including lettings, sign-ups, income management and tenancy support, while responding to enquiries and anti-social behaviour reports.
You will conduct home visits, estate inspections and coordinate with external agencies to sustain tenancies, promote community cohesion and ensure well-maintained properties.
