Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a named nurse/team leader to support multidisciplinary patient care on the ward. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a defined caseload and, in the absence of the senior nurse, take leadership responsibility for the ward.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and registration with the NMC. You will contribute to supervision, teaching and developing staff, while upholding the Trust's values of Care, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
