Wye Valley Vets seeks an effective and capable Practice Coordinator to occupy the key role of facilitating the proficient running of our highly regarded veterinary surgery.
This office-based role includes:
- Coordinating staff schedules
- Handling information storage and retrieval
- Administering stock control
- Managing RCVS and other regulatory compliance
- Processing insurance claims
- Curating and managing the Practice’s online presence
You will have exemplary organisational skills, show attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with the team in essentially a non-client-facing role.
Hours: 30 p/w. Salary: £24,000
