ABOUT THIS ROLE
- Facilitating the needs of the various users and show requirements of Eastbourne Theatres, to undertake the provision of general duties with the full-time technical team.
- Assisting with the smooth running of get-ins, fit-ups, and performances within Eastbourne Theatres.
- To help maintain the theatres technical equipment and infrastructure.
- To help deliver all technical requirements across Eastbourne Theatres.

You are a practical, detail-focused technician who thrives in live performance environments. With hands-on experience in technical theatre—whether lighting, sound, or stage—you’re confident working under pressure and adapting quickly to changing show needs. You take pride in making sure every setup is safe, efficient, and show-ready. Comfortable jumping into different roles as required, you work well with both visiting crews and venue teams. Your strong communication, reliability, and flexible approach make you a valuable asset whenever you’re called.
