Located on Whitehall, Trafalgar’s flagship London venue is a spectacular Grade II listed building that reopened in 2021.

The Box Office Manager plays a central role in shaping the experience people have with Trafalgar Theatre, from first enquiry through to the moment they take their seat. The role leads the day‑to‑day running of the Box Office team, is the key contact for ticketing enquiries from client and resident producers, and works closely with Heads of Department across the venue to ensure a joined‑up, high‑quality experience.

You are self‑motivated, professional and approachable, with a genuine passion for theatre and live entertainment. You are comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders as well as welcoming members of the public, bring a courteous, positive and can‑do attitude, and are commercially minded and proactive. You spot opportunities to improve profitability, turn insight into action, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
