The Modern Languages Department at Wycombe Abbey is a busy department with a vibrant mélange of native, bilingual, trilingual and fluent speakers of a vast array of languages. Multiculturalism defines this eclectic department, and a stroll through the corridors will treat your ear to snippets of conversations in a whole range of languages from Arabic to Italian to Russian and Urdu.
We are seeking a well-qualified Portuguese language specialist with experience delivering informative and well-structured language lessons. This is a part‑time, flexible contract teaching a number of lessons per week, according to demand. The successful candidate will teach pupils from beginner to advanced level in small group conversation classes and individual private lessons, preparing them for GCSE when required. Depending on pupil interest, we may be able to offer flexible hours to fit your schedule.
