Wycliffe College is seeking an enthusiastic and enterprising Admissions and Communications Officer to support pupil recruitment for our Prep School and Nursery. This key role focuses on delivering an exceptional admissions experience while enhancing the school’s visibility locally, regionally and internationally.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective families, coordinate personalised tours of our beautiful Cotswold campus, and manage impactful recruitment campaigns. Your creativity will shine as you develop engaging marketing materials and foster relationships with feeder schools, community organisations and international partners.

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and have experience in educational admissions or a customer-facing role. You’ll be highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a professional and friendly approach, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll also need strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
