We are looking for a salaried GP on a Fixed-Term basis to work up to 4 sessions per week, to join our friendly, motivated and caring practice. We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and happy to work as part of an outstanding, long established clinical team, with an experienced administration team to support.

The role would include covering duty doctor and on-call rotas on a fair share basis. Admin is minimal as we outsource prescriptions and incoming post.

Main duties of the job:

The Wycliffe Medical Practice is a large purpose-built practice in the town of Lutterworth, priding ourselves on providing a friendly patient centred service.

Practice Profile:

  • The clinical team includes 4 partners, 6 Salaried GPs, 1 ANP, 5 Nurses, 2 HCAs, Nurse Associate, and phlebotomist.
  • Experienced reception and administration team.
  • Medical Students.
  • High QOF achievement.
  • We are also part of a strong South Blaby and Lutterworth PCN.

Job responsibilities:

Qualified GP required. The role will include covering duty doctor and on-call rotas on a fair share basis. You will have minimal admin as we outsource prescriptions and incoming post.

We would ideally prefer someone to do Tuesday pm, Wednesday pm, Thursday pm, but are open to a conversation about alternative options.

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications: Qualified GP.
  • Experience: Would consider a newly qualified GP.
