Wycliffe College are seeking a professional, organised and approachable Receptionist to provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service within the Senior School. As the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, parents and staff, the postholder will manage reception duties, telephone enquiries, pupil attendance administration, post and deliveries, and support the organisation of termly Final Assemblies.
The successful candidate will have experience in a busy office environment, strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They will be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and accuracy, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. School-based experience and knowledge of data protection requirements would be advantageous.

Terms of Appointment: This is a permanent position, offered on a part-time basis, working Monday and Tuesday, from 8am – 5pm during term-time, and 9am – 2pm during school holidays.
