Wycliffe College is seeking to appoint an experienced and forward-thinking IT Services Manager to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of first-class customer service and IT support to all users at the College. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the role will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, while driving innovation, resilience, and value for money.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in IT management, with strong knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft business applications (including Microsoft 365). The postholder will be confident managing third-party providers, delivering projects, and using data and business intelligence tools to inform decision-making. They will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and work collaboratively. Experience in managing a team and an understanding of the education sector would be an advantage.

Terms of AppointmentThis is a permanent position offered on a full-time, all-year-round basis. We welcome candidates to discuss hybrid and flexible working arrangements with us. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8.00am-5.00pm with an hour unpaid lunch break. You may be required to provide out-of-hours cover in the event of emergencies; however, you will be able to take this time back as “time off in lieu”.
