Wycliffe College is looking for an engaging and inspiring Head of Business to join and lead a talented department during the next exciting stage of the school's development. If you are passionate about business and committed to sharing that passion with inquisitive, curious young people, we would be delighted to hear from you.
The successful candidate will build students' confidence, foster a genuine enthusiasm for the subject, and empower them with the knowledge and skills needed for further study and real-world application. We welcome interest from across all sectors and backgrounds. Support is available for teachers for whom this may be their first Middle Leadership position, as well as those aspiring to Senior Leadership.

Terms of AppointmentThis is a permanent position offered on a full-time basis during school term time with a September 2026 start. Teaching Salary on the Wycliffe Pay Scale with addition responsibility allowance as Head of Department (available on request). An additional allowance is also available for the position of Head of Economics. If you would like to be considered for this additional responsibility, please indicate this in your covering letter or statement of interest.
