Sheffield South East Trust is looking to appoint a Full-Time School Manager for Wybourn Community Primary and Nursery School. This role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year; however, we would consider candidates who may wish to work fewer weeks per year with a minimum of 41.

We are looking for an efficient, enthusiastic, flexible and well-organised person who is highly motivated and will work hard to make a difference for the children and families in our community.

As the School Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Human resources and premises management
  • Health and safety
  • Administration
  • An element of financial management

This role also includes advising on and, when required, implementing day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have high expectations of themselves and others, the ability to work to deadlines, be motivated, able to use their own initiative, work well under pressure and have a relentless drive for excellence.
