About this role… You will be working as one team ensuring the kitchen area is clean and tidy to our standards – with the ultimate aim being our Chefs have a clean workspace. This will include keeping the washing up area clean and tidy, clearing any rubbish and food waste, and sweeping and mopping. You will also assist in preparing food for all menus at the standards required by the Head Chef in order to provide outstanding levels of hospitality.
