Fancy a role where no two days look the same, and your work actually gets seen by real people - not just buried in a spreadsheet?
We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help tell the Wyboston Lakes story to the world (or at least the bit of it that googles "conference venues Bedford" at 2am).
You'll be the person who keeps our website running smoothly and makes sure we're visible whether people are searching the old-fashioned way or asking Chat GPT where to host their next away day.
You'll run PPC campaigns that actually earn their keep, and you've got a good eye for design, aren't scared of a deadline, and get a genuine kick out of watching the numbers move in the right direction.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience with Word Press and Umbraco (or something similar)
- Solid SEO know-how, plus curiosity about the newer GEO/AEO side of search
- PPC campaign experience — you know your way around Google Ads and Meta
- A creative streak — Adobe Creative Cloud skills for design work across the business
- Bags of initiative, a good sense of humour, and the willingness to support and grow
We're a friendly, down-to-earth team who genuinely like what we do (and each other, most days).
This is a hybrid role, and we welcome applications from everyone.
If you've got the skills but you're missing a box or two on this list, tell us anyway - we'd rather meet a great person than tick every box on a form.
Being a family-owned business, our people are what make Wyboston Lakes, and we want to make sure all our teams are happy at work.
Here is a snippet of all the great benefits we offer and that you would be entitled to for this role:
- Opportunities for continuous development so you can learn and earn at the same time
- Team Member Discount on golf, food, drink, bedrooms
- Team Member Referral Scheme worth £300
- Access to Perkbox which gives you discounts on over 200 brands and shops nationwide from supermarket shops, cinema, and days out, just to name a few…
- Team Member events throughout the year
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
We believe that embracing different perspectives and backgrounds makes us stronger as a team and better in the service we provide.
We welcome applications from everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, disability or background and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
