An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Reservations Team as a Reservationist. You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of the reservations and booking process. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience during the booking process.
What we’re looking for …
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
- Excellent communication to all customers, including team members
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across five days a week
- The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
- Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas by networking
- The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner
