The predicted salary is between 22050 - 26950 £ per year.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join the team at YSpa to assist with the daily operations of the spa and front of house, working alongside the operational team on duty to provide exceptional service and deliver memorable spa experiences.

The Duty Manager will need to be confident and computer literate, great at conversing with guests, resolving challenges, and following all compliance, safety and financial procedures.

The spa is a 7 day a week operation and has recently increased the evening sessions and has plans for further growth.

The Duty Manager will be working alongside the existing team to provide leadership cover and team support, liaising directly with the spa management, ensuring all sessions are safe and welcoming to all guests.

The role is full-time working 5 days out of 7, and will be mostly evenings and weekends. It will include 3 out of 4 weekends on a rota basis.

About this role...

A Spa Duty Manager is overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the spa operation, supervising and supporting the Guest Services department as necessary with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality.

This includes

  • Handling of customer enquiries and complaints within a timely and professional manner using the guidelines set out by the Spa Director/Hotel General Manager.
  • Coordinating emergency situations, pool or facility closures in a calm and effective manner.
  • Building relationships and interacting with our guests at every opportunity.
  • Addressing any health and safety hazards that arise or are noticed.
  • Leading by example always, by upholding the Mission Vision and Values of Wyboston Lakes.
