About this role

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic F&B Team as an F&B Supervisor. You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the department. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience, department preparation, food and drink service, and team member training. You will be provided with training in all aspects of the role and support from a dedicated management team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Enthusiasm for getting stuck in and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
  • Excellent communication to all customers, team members and departments
  • The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
  • The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
  • The ability to complete tasks efficiently and to given deadlines
  • The confidence to oversee the running of the venue as Duty Manager
