We’re searching for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a proactive mindset to the role of Events Supervisor. We are looking for:

  • A hands‑on approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A natural ability to upsell and inspire others to do the same
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments
  • Confidence in leading a team, delegating tasks, and maintaining high standards
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends
  • Quick thinking and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • The confidence and capability to run the venue as Duty Manager when required
