About this Role…


An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic events team as Events Supervisor, working 40 hours over 5 days (any 5/7). The role is responsible for the successful execution of events and services across the venue and is responsible for maintaining high service standards set by management, supporting team delivery on the floor, and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.


What we\u2019re looking for …



  • A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • A natural ability to upsell and inspire others to do the same.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments.

  • Support junior team members across service areas.

  • Work under the direction of the Assistant Event Manager to deploy team members as needed.

  • Assist with training of new staff in day-to-day operations and expectations.

  • Lead small teams during specific events or services, ensuring smooth execution and high standards.

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.

  • The confidence and capability to run the venue as Duty Manager when required, ensuring operational oversight, guest satisfaction, and staff coordination during these shifts.

  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
