Start Date: 1 September 2026
Contract: Full time Permanent Term-time only plus five training days
Hours: 32.5 per week
Salary: Leadership Pay Scale L3-L7

Wyberton Primary Academy is seeking a highly skilled, passionate Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future of our school.

Your Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

- Support the Headteacher with curriculum development, monitoring, and evaluation
- Contribute actively to our school improvement priorities
