A pan-European $200 million PE-backed B2B SaaS firm is looking to hire a Head of Enterprise Systems & Operations Data.

The role will own the entire business systems estate within the company. The stack includes Netsuite, HubSpot, Zendesk and Workato.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Enterprise Systems estate and technology stack, ensuring reliability, scalability and strong governance.
• Drive change and transformation initiatives across data management processes.
• Co‑design data architecture (Databricks), define sources of truth and data contracts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on clean interfaces for customer, invoice and subscription data.
• Support rapid scaling through acquisitions over the next few years.
• Report to the CTO and maintain close relationships with C‑suite executive teams and the private‑equity investors.
