Salary: Competitive + equity + bonus/benefits
Chief of Staff to work with the CEO on special projects, and be responsible for building a small “Exec” team of 5, which will be made up of him/her, the CEO & 3 other strategy & analytical Execs.
The “exec” team will be separate from the leadership team and be responsible for working on special & critical strategic & tactical projects for the company. The business is considered a progressive leader in its field, achieving rapid growth in both personnel & revenues and set to double in size over the next 12 months.
The projects you and the team will work on could be a variety of things, many of which may be unforeseen, making this a varied and exciting role. It is suited for those comfortable with ambiguity and unstructured working environments.
