A fast-growing media organisation is seeking to grow its analytics department and help drive change.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of embedding data-driven processes and tools in multi-skilled environments and helping to drive organisational change.

You will have experience of growing an analytics function and helping non-specialist end users of data understand its importance.

  • Develop pricing and marketing models to inform commercial strategy
  • Provide insights high-level guidance on the development of long-term market and trade channel strategy to support growth and profit
  • Pull together insights that will assist in providing guidance to sales teams on their short-term and long-term planning.
  • Lead in pulling together commercial insights to identify trends across commercial efforts, such as performance against targets, marketing investment ROI
  • Develop reporting to review performance of monthly, quarterly, and annual trade and sales investment.
  • Provide regular reporting and commentary to directors and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

3 years+ experience leading an analytical team and expanding reach of analytics within an organisation

Experience in working closely with as sales & marketing teams and heads of departments with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and insights to help drive evidence-based decision-making

Excellent communication and engagement and proven ability to present complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders

Experience in dealing with complex international marketplaces

Familiarity with Tableau & Cognos Analytics beneficial.
