About the Role:
Our Digital, Data & Technology Graduate Scheme offers you the chance to join the UK's largest hospitality business and gain broad hands-on experience with a variety of areas across our Technology and Commercial teams. You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we invest significantly into our technology platforms and continue to evolve our digital and data capabilities for the future. Having recently delivered a multi-year upgrade to our reservation system and technology stack across over 900 hotels across the UK and Germany, we are continuing to drive further improvements to our digital networks and systems that will improve the quality of service to our guests.
During this 2-year program you'll be in a business critical role from day one and will undertake different placements where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and solve real world challenges, enabling you to gain a breadth of experience and a deep understanding of our business. Alongside your practical work, we'll support your personal growth with mentoring, peer support, and professional development and training. Once you have successfully completed your 2 year programme you can expect to progress into a permanent role where you can continue to develop your skills and experience towards becoming a future senior leader within our business.

Who We're Looking For:
- This is a highly challenging but hugely rewarding programme designed for graduates who have the desire, motivation and potential to become future senior leaders within our business.
- 2:1 degree (obtained or on course to achieve) in a STEM, data or business related subject.
- Evidence of leadership potential either through work, education or extra curricular activities.
- Experience of an internship or placement year is advantageous.
- A strong interest in all things digital and technology with strong analytical and data skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- A passion for innovation and the desire to work on projects that will improve the digital experience for millions of our guests.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- You must be able to work in both Holborn and Dunstable locations as your placements will be across both offices.
