Premier Inn Bournemouth Westbourne is hiring a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during your shift, across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You'll deliver clear briefings, coach the team and handle guest queries with calm decisiveness.
You'll work evenings and weekends on a 37.5 hour guaranteed week within a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, with a supportive leadership team and opportunities to progress into broader hotel management
