Premier Inn Banbury Town Centre (Castle Quay) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day-to-day, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team during busy services. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager and own the kitchen operations from food quality to hygiene.
With a hands-on leadership style, you’ll help grow skills toward Head Chef while contributing to a strong team culture and guest satisfaction in a high-volume hotel environment.
